Who we are

This questionnaire is run by Finish The Rep LTD, registered in England & Wales, which decides how your details are used. You can contact us about your data at jamiereynolds@finishtherep.org.

What we collect

• Your name, email, phone number and how you'd like to be contacted.
• Your answers about training: where and when you can train, your goals, experience, preferences and budget.
• Only a yes or no on whether there's anything health-related your trainer should know. We don't ask for details; you discuss those privately with your trainer.
• When you'd like to start, how you heard about us, and when you ticked the consent box.

Why we use it

To match you with a suitable personal trainer when we launch, and to contact you about that match. We use your details on the basis of the consent you give when you tick the box. We don't use them for marketing and we don't sell them.

Who sees it

• Our team, to find your match.
• The trainer you agree to be matched with.
• The companies that host our system and send our emails, only to provide that service for us.

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it to match you. When we launch, we'll invite you to set up an account; if you don't go ahead, we'll delete your details.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing jamiereynolds@finishtherep.org. Withdrawing consent means we'll stop using your details and delete them. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
